After the first year, you will be prompted to upgrade your system to Lifetime access ($163).
If you choose not to renew your One Year Harbor Membership, your Camera & Monitor will still work as a one-to-one, direct system (non WiFi connection–read more about Harbor's connectivity here) with limited features: zoom, pan, and audio.
