We believe in our products and know you will love them! If for any reason you don't, we have a 30 day return policy. Returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

We offer domestic returns for items purchased at harbor.co. You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to receive a refund to your original form of payment. Harbor products should be in their original condition (unmarked, unscuffed, etc.) to be eligible for a return. Please note, for orders requiring a refund, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. Any customer selected shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded. 

Initiating a Return

  1. Reach out to our support team at support@harbor.co 
  2. Harbor will send you a return label to print
  3. Package your Harbor items in their original boxes, use the prepaid return label and drop off at any UPS store
  4. After we receive your order back and confirm its condition, your refund will be remitted to the original form of payment on your order within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution 

 

Exchanges & Replacements

If for any reason you need to exchange your Harbor Monitor or Camera, we offer a 1 year, limited warranty. Please reach out to our support team to start the replacement process.
