How much is my current monitor trade-in value?
Most of these aren't actually baby monitors, they're just apps on your phone... but here's what your credit will be for each of these systems.
- All Nanits, Cubo: $200
- Owlet, Infant Optics, Babysense, Eufy, Chillax, Miku, Hubble: $100
- VTech, Motorola, and other brands: $50
Because Nanit has already threatened to sue us once, we will go ahead and state that we are not affiliated with any of these brands, obviously. We're doing this to help families switch to our superior baby monitor.
When will I get my refund?
You have 30 days to return your current monitor. Once received, we will remit the trade-in value as a refund to your original form of payment.
What are the trade-in requirements?
Your current system cannot be broken and must be in operable condition (minor cosmetic flaws are ok!).
When shipping in your trade-in, please ensure you pack your item securely (i.e. bubble wrap, tightly packed box without space to rattle around).
Please note: If we receive a broken system, your trade-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Do I need to unpair my system prior to shipping?
Yes, please ensure you unpair your login from any app-based system (i.e. if returning a Nanit/Owlet, remove your login and data from the mobile app and unpair your camera).

We upcycle all monitors that are traded in with a trusted partner. We are invested in our kids' futures and aim to reduce and minimize waste.
