How exactly do I earn?

After signing up on our Harbor Crew platform, copy your link and share it with your friends through email, text, and social media. When your friend purchases, you will receive a $100 commission.

How long does it take to get paid?

Commissions are paid out through your chosen payment method (PayPal or ACH set up in the portal) after 60 days.

Do I have to own a Harbor to participate?

No! You do not have to currently own a Harbor to participate in the program.

How many people can I refer?

Unlimited! Please note: you are solely responsible for reporting all income earned through the program in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Harbor will not withhold or pay any taxes on your behalf.*

*In accordance with U.S. federal tax laws, if you earn $600 or more in payouts within a calendar year, you will be required to provide Harbor with a completed W-9 form before any further payments can be issued. Harbor will issue a Form 1099-NEC for reporting purposes, but it is your responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes.

What happens if my referred purchase decides to return their product?

In the event a customer returns their purchase within the 30 day return policy, your commission will be voided.

Are there bonuses?

Yes! After selling 10 units, you will receive a special, one-time $200 commission and $500 after 20 purchases.

Does this work on all products?

Your commission is only valid for the Harbor Baby Monitor bundle ($599, one Camera, one Monitor, and Lifetime Membership).

Is there a minimum I have to sell in order to continue participating in this program?

No minimum requirements to participate!

Will Harbor provide me with marketing assets and product?

Harbor will provide you with ample assets like social media, information, and talking points. You will not receive a Harbor Baby Monitor in this program.

By signing up and participating for the Harbor Crew Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: Participation is entirely voluntary and does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Harbor. You are responsible for reporting all income earned through the Program in accordance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Harbor will not withhold or pay any taxes on your behalf; however, if you earn $600 or more in payouts within a calendar year, you must provide a completed W-9 form before further payments are issued, and Harbor will issue a Form 1099-NEC for tax reporting purposes. Payouts are $100 per verified sale, processed 60–90 days after order validation to ensure fraud prevention, but Harbor reserves the right to modify payout amounts, timelines, or structure at any time without notice. Harbor may terminate your participation or withhold payouts if any activity is deemed fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the Program’s guidelines. You agree to represent Harbor and its products professionally and accurately; failure to do so may result in removal from the Program. All costs related to participation, including marketing expenses, are your responsibility, and Harbor will not reimburse any costs. Harbor is not liable for damages or losses arising from participation, including income loss or penalties for tax non-compliance. By joining, you accept these terms and any future modifications Harbor may make, which will be communicated through email or the Harbor Sellers Portal.
